How do I reserve a charter date?
The easiest way is to use our online reservation page, or simply call or email us directly. We'll confirm availability, discuss your itinerary, and walk you through everything you need to know.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December to April). That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests wherever possible — reach out and we'll do our best.
What is included in the charter price?
All charters include an experienced captain and crew, snorkelling gear, towels, and a cooler stocked with water and soft drinks. You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages, and we can advise on catering options to elevate your experience.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Pure Energy comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, small groups, and private celebrations. Every charter is exclusive — you'll have the entire boat to yourselves.
Where does the charter depart from?
We depart from Blue Haven Marina in the Leeward area of Providenciales, which is close to Grace Bay Beach and most major hotels and resorts. Parking is available at the marina and we can advise on transport options if needed.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Guest safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsuitable, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge. Turks and Caicos enjoys outstanding weather year-round, but tropical weather can occasionally shift — we monitor forecasts carefully and always communicate early.
Do you offer sunset and private cruises?
Absolutely. Sunset cruises are one of our most popular options and are perfect for anniversaries, proposals, and special occasions. We also offer bespoke private charters tailored entirely around your wishes — just let us know what you have in mind.
Is Pure Energy suitable for children?
Yes — families with children are very welcome aboard. Our crew is experienced at making the trip fun and relaxed for guests of all ages. We provide child-appropriate snorkelling equipment and can customise the itinerary to suit your family's needs.
