Charter rates & what's included
Our pricing is fully transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises on the day. The rate you see covers the yacht, crew, and all stated inclusions for your group.
Pure Energy Charters offers three private charter packages, each with fully transparent, all-inclusive pricing:
- Sunset Cruise — $2,250 for up to 6 guests (2 hours)
- Half-Day Charter — $4,500 for up to 6 guests (4 hours)
- Full-Day Charter — $9,200 for up to 8 guests (6 hours, all-inclusive)
There are no hidden fees. Additional guests can be accommodated at $150/person (Sunset), $350/person (Half-Day), or $300/person (Full-Day), plus applicable tax.
The charter rate covers everything stated in your package — crew, vessel, all listed inclusions, and your chosen itinerary. The only additional charges that may apply are:
- Extra guests beyond the base group size (per-person rate applies)
- Custom catering upgrades or bespoke provisioning requests
- Special occasion setups (florals, custom champagne, etc.) arranged in advance
- Applicable government tax on the total charter fee
Any additions are agreed in writing before your charter date — nothing is added without your knowledge.

Yes. Extended charters beyond 6 hours and multi-day or overnight voyages are available on request. The Pure Energy has three ensuite cabins, making overnight and multi-day experiences across the Turks and Caicos archipelago entirely possible.

Itineraries, destinations & experiences
Every charter is shaped around your group — there is no fixed route, just the best of what Turks and Caicos has to offer, chosen on the day by your captain.
Yes — without exception. Every charter with Pure Energy is entirely private. The full 65-foot Fairline GT yacht and dedicated crew are exclusively yours for the complete duration of your booking. We never combine groups, sell individual seats, or run shared boat tours of any kind.
All Pure Energy charters depart from Blue Haven Marina in Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos. The marina is approximately 10–15 minutes by car from Grace Bay hotels and resorts.
Full arrival directions, parking details, and check-in instructions are provided with every booking confirmation. If you need help arranging transport from your hotel, our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
Your captain selects the best stops on the day based on conditions and your group's preferences. Common destinations include:
- Bight Reef & Smith's Reef — renowned snorkelling within the Princess Alexandra National Park
- Little Water Cay (Iguana Island) — home to the protected rock iguana and a favourite with families
- Pine Cay Channel — pristine reef systems, eagle rays, and sea turtle sightings
- Remote sandbars & secluded anchorages — chosen for swimming, paddleboarding, and lunch at anchor
The full-day charter typically includes 3–4 stops. The half-day covers 2–3. Your itinerary is fully flexible — if you have a destination in mind, just let us know when you book.
- Full-Day Charter — departs approximately 7:30–8:00 AM, returns by mid-to-late afternoon
- Half-Day Charter (AM) — departs approximately 8:00–9:00 AM, returns by lunchtime
- Half-Day Charter (PM) — departs approximately 1:00–2:00 PM
- Sunset Cruise — departs approximately 90 minutes before local sunset (confirmed seasonally at booking)
Exact departure times are confirmed with you when your booking is finalised.
The half-day charter is our most popular family option. Four hours covers a reef snorkel, a visit to Little Water Cay (a favourite with younger guests), and paddleboarding — all returning to the marina before the afternoon. The Pure Energy is spacious and stable, and child life jackets are always on board.
For families wanting the full experience, the all-day charter offers more range, more time in the water, and a gourmet lunch at anchor.
The full-day yacht charter is outstanding for corporate groups, incentive travel, and VIP experiences. The Pure Energy provides a completely private, premium environment ideal for business development, team building, or rewarding top clients.

Champagne is included on the Sunset Cruise and Full-Day Charter as a welcome drink for all guests on boarding. It is not included as standard on the Half-Day Charter, though it can be added as a custom upgrade when you book. Custom drinks packages and premium bottle service are available for any charter.
On the Sunset Cruise and Half-Day Charter, guests are welcome to bring personal snacks or a favourite bottle if they prefer, alongside the provisions already on board. On the Full-Day Charter, everything is catered — but if you have a specific dietary requirement, a preferred wine, or a special item you'd like included, let our team know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The base pricing covers up to 6 guests on the Sunset Cruise and Half-Day Charter, and up to 8 guests on the Full-Day Charter. Additional guests can be accommodated at the per-person rate for each charter type.
For group sizes larger than the base, please contact our team to confirm availability and total pricing before booking.
Yes. The Pure Energy has full ensuite bathroom facilities within the three below-deck cabins, available to guests throughout the charter. The yacht is fully equipped for extended time on the water.
Every charter includes a full professional crew. Your captain holds full USCG and maritime certification and brings years of local knowledge of Turks and Caicos waters — from navigating to the best snorkelling spots to reading conditions and ensuring a smooth, safe day on the water.
Your on-board host manages provisions, guest comfort, and everything in between, so you can focus entirely on enjoying the experience.
How to reserve your charter
The booking process is designed to be straightforward. Select a date, pay a 50% deposit to hold it, and our team will be in touch personally to confirm the details.
You can book through the booking calendar on our website. Select your preferred charter type and date, enter your group details, and submit your request. A 50% deposit secures your chosen date.
Our team will then contact you directly to confirm the booking, answer any questions, and begin planning your experience around your group.
A 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required to secure your date. This confirms your reservation and guarantees exclusive access to the yacht for your chosen charter type and duration. The remaining balance is due closer to your charter date — our team will confirm the payment schedule when the booking is confirmed.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for:
- Peak season (November to April) — this is the busiest period and dates book out quickly, sometimes months in advance
- Weekends and public holidays — high demand year-round
- Special occasions — proposals, anniversaries, and celebrations benefit from early booking to allow preparation time

Our team is available 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (TCI time). If you are calling from overseas, email is often the fastest way to start the conversation.
Cancellation policy & refund schedule
Our policy is designed to be clear and fair. How much of your deposit is refunded depends on when you cancel. Weather cancellations are handled separately to protect guests.
Full Deposit Refund
Cancel 30 or more days before your charter date and receive a full refund of the deposit, excluding any applicable card processing or transaction fees.
50% Deposit Refund
Cancel between 15 and 29 days before your charter and receive a 50% refund of the deposit, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Non-Refundable
The deposit is non-refundable once you are within 14 days of the charter date. At this stage the vessel, crew, and preparation have been fully committed to your booking.
If Pure Energy Charters cancels your charter for operational reasons, a full refund of the deposit will be issued — no deductions. We will notify you as promptly as possible and, where appropriate, discuss alternative dates or options.
Guest safety is always the priority. If unsafe marine weather conditions prevent the charter from operating, your deposit will be held as a service credit for a future Pure Energy charter.
- Service credits can be applied toward any charter type
- Rescheduling is subject to vessel, crew, and date availability
- No additional rescheduling charge is applied when the change is due to unsafe conditions
- Deposit credit has no stated expiry under the current policy
The captain makes the final call on whether conditions are safe to depart. Turks and Caicos enjoys excellent weather for most of the year, and weather cancellations are uncommon.
If your plans change and you need to reschedule, please contact the Pure Energy team as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on vessel and crew availability. Standard cancellation terms apply to the original booking date when rescheduling is guest-initiated.

What to expect on the day
Practical questions about what to bring, what to wear, and what the experience is actually like on board the Pure Energy.
The crew provides everything you need for the day. We recommend guests bring:
- Swimwear and a change of clothes for after swimming
- Personal sunglasses, a hat, and any prescription medication
- Any personal snorkelling mask if you prefer your own fit (gear is provided on board)
- A camera or GoPro — the scenery is exceptional
- Light footwear (non-marking soft-sole shoes if possible)
Reef-safe sun cream is provided on board. Please avoid bringing single-use plastic bottles.
Yes. The Pure Energy has both a sun deck for those wanting full Caribbean sun and a shaded flybridge and interior saloon for guests who prefer to stay out of direct sunlight. The crew will ensure everyone is comfortable regardless of the conditions.
Yes. The Pure Energy is equipped with a premium Bluetooth sound system throughout. You are welcome to connect your device and control the playlist for your charter. Just let the crew know if you need help connecting.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on board the Pure Energy. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, and vaping devices, and is in place for the comfort and safety of all guests and crew.
Pets are not permitted on board the Pure Energy. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact our team to discuss before booking.
The waters around Turks and Caicos are generally calm, and the Pure Energy is a large, stable vessel — seasickness is uncommon. However, if you or a guest is prone to motion sickness, we recommend:
- Taking seasickness medication before departure (speak to your pharmacist in advance)
- Staying on deck in fresh air and focusing on the horizon if you feel unwell
- Eating a light meal before the charter rather than on an empty stomach
